We are pleased to showcase Philippe Glavier for the very first time in South Australia. Join Sara Underdown (Editor of Australia’s only champagne magazine, VINE & BUBBLE) for our fourth ‘Champagne Session’ at APOTECA. In this casual tasting, you will learn more about the blanc de blancs champagne style, Glavier’s philosophy and be taken through a sensory analysis.
